Target Audience: Girls ages 10–18, especially those underrepresented in STEM.

Goals:

• Encourage STEM learning alongside athletic development.

•  Provide role models and mentorship in STEM and sports.

• Break gender barriers in education and sports participation.

• Raise awareness of gender equity issues in sport.

• Build coalitions for policy and program development.

•  Share best practices and build capacity.
